How come I can't register or I'm getting kicked out? 

I think it is because after your original registration, you should have gotten an e-mail at the e-mail account your registered as. In that e-mail (which may be in your spam box), there will be a link to click on. Click the link in the e-mail and it will tell you that you've successfully registered. You will then be able to use the username and password you provided to input your information.
